Why do I have to pay a deposit?
In order to reserve the property and be sure that you will be able to book the specific dates that you want we ask you to pay a 40% deposit when you make the booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The full amount is due 60 days prior to your holiday.
Why am I being asked to pay a security deposit? When is it due?
The deposit is being hold onto just in case there are damages on the property. As long as you leave the place in order we will return to you the security deposit as soon as your holiday is over. The deposit is the 25% of the final price and it must be paid 2 weeks before your holidays begin and it must be paid with a bank deposit.
What is the “travel insurance policy”? Can you recommend a good one?
Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while traveling. We’d recommend sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with basic information about your travel (such as dates, duration, destination etc) and some of your personal information (such as date of birth, ID info, etc) and we will be able to send you suggestions for you to pick.
Are there any additional costs?
Once you complete booking your holidays we send you a confirmation of the cost. That is all you’ll be asked to pay. Other than that there are many activities, (excursions, daily trips, massage, Spa, Pilates etc) and other services (Chef, catering, event planning, drivers etc) that can be arranged for you with an extra fee. Keep in mind that before your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit which if there aren’t any damages on the property it will be returned to you by the end of your holidays.
Does the price include VAT?
VAT is not included in all our published rates.
Why don’t you give out property addresses?
Greek islands and village don’t have addresses, only locations so it isn’t easy to pinpoint the exact position of the property. We can inform you about the nearest village or town so that you can start thinking about your traveling arrangements and activities to do nearby. If you are interested into finding the exact location of the property feel free to send us a message.
How far away is the nearest airport?
The distance from the airport depends on the villa you will be staying in, just look into the villas’ profile page and you will find the exact distance.
Do I need to hire a car?
We strongly advise you to either rent a car or a car with a driver. Our region has countless great places for you to visit, beaches to swim to, villages and destinations to discover. Feel free to ask for our help and will make all the arrangements for you.
Can you help us book activities and trips while we're on holiday?
Yes! Whether you’re looking for an in-house chef for the week, a dream snorkelling trip, daily cruises etc we can help you book activities and trips – leaving you more time to relax. To find out more about this just send us a message or let us know about your wish list.
Can catering be organized?
Should you want catering for a special event with many guests or just for the house guests -either for a special evening or throughout your stay- this can easily be arranged with a caterer who'll be happy to discuss your tastes and requirements.
Can food or drink be delivered?
Your villa manager will arrange a pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks for you as a welcome on your villa. If you want we can arrange grocery shopping for you. All you have to do is inform a member of our team about your list and we will be happy to help you.
Is the property suitable for children?
Our villas are suitable for children and are rendered as family friendly, with many activities available for kids. If you have any questions or need more information about anything feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Are children included in the capacity?
In short, yes. Some properties have single beds or sofa beds were kids could sleep to.
Can I bring my pet?
Many properties welcome pets (dogs, cats, either or one of them).
PRIOR CONSENT OF THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR YOU TO BRING YOUR PET WITH YOU WHETHER THE VILLAS STATES" PETS OK" OR NOT!
Do the properties have air conditioning?
Yes! All of our villas have A/C systems installed in very room.
What happens if my flight arrives earlier than check in time?
If the villa is available at that time you can check in earlier. In case the villa isn’t vacant at the time you will be able to leave your luggage at the property and start exploring the nearby locations.
How much does it cost to hire a car on the island?
It depends on the type of car that you are interested into renting, if it is high/mid or low season, if you also want a driver etc. We will happily arrange car rental for you and only use trusted rental firms with insurance and competitive rates.
Is it easy to get taxis to and from the villa?
Your villa manager will happily arrange a taxi to collect you from your villa, as requested. Taxis are readily available in all the main towns and tourist spots and your villa manager can also provide you with a taxi call out number.
Is it possible to add additional guests after booking?
Each villa can accommodate the number of guests mentioned on its description. Please discuss any changes to your booking prior to arrival to our company, which will be able to inform you of any restrictions or costs to be added.
Are the photos on the website of the exact villa we would be staying in, along with the views etc.?
Yes. All of our villa descriptions include real photographs.
How far is the beach?
Depending on your villa choice, the beach may be right outside your door, a short walk, or a short drive away. Just take a look into the information of each villa and you will find out the distance and the name of the closest beach.
Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there?
Each of our villas has a villa manager who will be happy to answer any questions you may have, arrange activities and trips for you, provide you with more information you may want on a subject etc and he is just a phone call away.
Do you have any villa suggestions/recommendations?
Every single one of our properties is luxurious and offers to the guests a great deal of amenities in order to enjoy their vacations stress-free. We would be happy to know about the characteristics you are looking for and inform you about the properties that fit your needs the best.
Are the prices per unit or number of people?
All of our villa prices are for the entire villa and each one has a maximum number of guests that can accommodate.
How do I arrange for transportation?
For you transportation from and to the airport we provide you the pick up and follow service. When it comes to the transportation during your stay we could arrange for you a rental with or without a driver.How are groceries obtained?Prior to arrival, your villa manager will organize a first day pre-stocking with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk & soft drinks. During your stay we could organize grocery shopping for you, you just have to inform us about your list and we will provide you with all the products you want.
Is there Internet access?
Most villas have Wi-Fi internet connection.
Is there satellite TV?
Most villas have satellite TVs.
Who cleans the villa? Is the maid included?
Most villas have daily maid service, change linen and towels once a week, as well as pool maintenance.
